Single girder overhead crane is a lifting equipment that is horizontally mounted above workshops, warehouses and material yards for lifting materials. Its two ends are located on tall concrete columns or metal brackets, and its shape is like a bridge. It runs longitudinally along the tracks laid on the elevated platforms on both sides, which can make full use of the space under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground equipment. It is the most widely used and largest type of lifting machinery. Single girder overhead cranes are usually equipped with CD1 or MD1 wire rope electric hoists, and the lifting mechanism can be single-speed or double-speed. It has the advantages of compact appearance, light weight, low wheel pressure, stable running speed, and easy installation and maintenance.
