HSCRANE to Showcase Crane Solutions at China Marine Equipment Expo 2026

Overview

From October 16 to October 19, 2026, the 4th China Marine Equipment Expo will be grandly held at the Fuzhou Strait International Conference and Exhibition Center. As a professional equipment and solution service provider in the industrial lifting field, HSCRANE (Booth No. 6A153) will debut at this exhibition. We will bring lifting equipment and custom solutions covering the entire process of marine equipment manufacturing, shipbuilding, and industrial production.
As an important part of high-end equipment manufacturing, marine equipment manufacturing involves the handling and precise assembly of heavy components with large tonnages and spans. It places strict demands on the load-bearing capacity, running stability, and precision of lifting equipment. During this exhibition, HSCRANE will focus on displaying bridge, gantry, and jib crane product series developed for marine manufacturing scenarios. We will also have in-depth face-to-face exchanges with shipyards, marine equipment manufacturers, and industry partners from around the world. Together, we will discuss technical paths and cooperation opportunities for lifting equipment in improving production efficiency and ensuring operation safety.

Focusing on the marine equipment industry, the demand for lifting equipment continues to upgrade

Requirements of marine equipment manufacturing for lifting equipment

Marine engineering equipment and shipbuilding have typical characteristics of “heavy-duty, large span, and multi-process”. From hull block assembly and engine room heavy equipment hoisting to outdoor steel yard and finished component transfer, cranes are indispensable core logistics and operation hubs in the entire production chain. In actual working conditions, marine equipment manufacturing puts forward multi-dimensional requirements for lifting equipment:

High load-bearing capacity and structural stability: The hoisted objects are mostly steel structural blocks or large machinery weighing tens or hundreds of tons. This requires the main girders and structural parts of the crane to have extremely high rigidity and fatigue strength.

High precision positioning and smooth operation: During hull alignment and precise equipment installation, slight swaying can cause safety risks. Equipment must be equipped with smooth variable-frequency speed control systems to achieve millimeter-level precise inching and positioning.

Complex environment adaptability: Shipyards and coastal marine engineering bases often face harsh climatic conditions such as high humidity, high salt fog, and strong winds. This imposes strict technical indicator requirements on the anti-corrosion coating, electrical protection class (such as IP65 and above), and outdoor windproof and anti-skid devices of the crane.

High-strength working duty: According to production line rhythms, equipment often needs to meet long continuous operation intensities with high working classes (such as A5-A8), ensuring low failure rates under high loads.

Lifting equipment becomes important equipment for improving production efficiency

In high-end shipbuilding and machinery manufacturing workshops, the operating efficiency of lifting equipment directly determines the speed of internal material flow and the length of operation cycles. If traditional lifting equipment has problems such as high failure rates, unstable control, or hoisting blind spots, it easily causes production line bottlenecks and increases hidden operating costs.

As marine equipment accelerates toward intelligence and large-scale development, modern factory demand for lifting equipment is no longer limited to “single-machine hoisting”. Instead, it values “efficient, safe, and customizable” comprehensive hoisting solutions more:

Optimize production processes: By reasonably configuring crane spans, lifting heights, and operating speeds, seamless workshop logistics connections are achieved, greatly shortening non-working waiting times.

Ensure safe operations: Complete overload protection, limit alarms, and multiple safety interlocking mechanisms can effectively reduce high-altitude hoisting risks and protect the safety of personnel and high-value components.

Reduce comprehensive energy consumption and maintenance costs: Modern cranes improve operating efficiency while reducing operating energy consumption and later operation and maintenance expenses through lightweight structural design and efficient drive technology.

HSCRANE presents diverse lifting solutions at the exhibition

Lifting products covering marine equipment manufacturing scenarios

For different application scenarios of marine equipment and general manufacturing, HSCRANE has built a complete supply system. It flexibly meets diverse lifting needs:

Travel lift: Mainly used in marinas, shipyards, repair centers, and water clubs. It handles launching, transferring, and parking for yachts and speedboats. Lifting height, span, and capacity can be customized based on ship type, weight, and site. This adapts to lifting needs of various yacht specifications.

Overhead crane: Mainly used in shipyard indoor workshops, parts plants, and machine repair shops. It features compact structure, high space utilization, and smooth operation. It effectively matches assembly line operations in the workshop.

Gantry crane: Specially designed for outdoor open-air sites. It is widely used in shipyard berths, block yards, ports, and steel transfer areas. It has ultra-large span and heavy-load handling capabilities.

Jib crane: Suitable for local fixed stations in workshops, high frequency, and small tonnage fast hoisting. It flexibly assists main crane operations and eliminates hoisting blind spots.

Provide customized solutions according to project needs

HSCRANE knows that every shipyard and marine enterprise has different workshop structures, processes, and rhythms. Therefore, we insist on providing technical support with a “one plant, one policy” custom concept:

Precise parameter design: Deeply evaluate the customer’s building structure, rail load capacity, lifting height limit, and span. Tailor the equipment plan that best fits the working conditions.

Harsh environment customization: For coastal high salt fog and high humidity environments, we provide special anti-corrosion coating processes. We also offer explosion-proof electrical equipment and outdoor windproof anchoring devices.

Full lifecycle project support: From early technical selection and plan communication to manufacturing inspection, we follow up. We provide full-process services for site installation, commissioning training, and after-sales maintenance to ensure smooth production.
